CAS Trading House is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our solutions marketing and sales initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, particularly within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and Telecommunication sectors.

Professional Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the software solutions industry.
  • Proven expertise in understanding the software solution needs of enterprises, particularly in BFSI and Telecommunication sectors.
  • Extensive experience in conducting sales activities in offshore markets, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful and engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical acumen, with the capability to analyze data, derive insights, and formulate data-driven strategies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills, with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with a strong sense of accountability and resilience.
Key Resposibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to promote and sell CAS Trading House's software solutions, with a particular focus on meeting the unique requirements of BFSI and Telecommunication industries.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, leveraging insights to refine sales approaches and enhance product positioning.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to drive business growth and secure new opportunities.
  • Lead engaging presentations, compelling demonstrations, and insightful technical discussions to effectively showcase the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving sales objectives.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to drive profitable deals, overcome objections, and establish mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in English writing and speaking, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively in both verbal and written communication.
