We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Your duties will include coordinating the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, providing support to managers and employees, and assisting with HR projects.

Professional Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR administration or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Resposibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for open positions, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities to source candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and leave records.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and analytics, such as headcount and turnover reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in employee relations matters.
  • Support the HR department in the delivery of HR projects, such as the implementation of new HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams to provide HR expertise.

Working Conditions:

The HR Representative will work in an office environment with regular hours from Sunday to Friday. Some additional hours may be required to support HR projects or recruitment activities. This position may also require occasional travel to attend job fairs or recruitment events. Candidate with experience in Tech industry are highly preferred.
