As an Associate AI Engineer, you will be an integral part of our AI development team, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of artificial intelligence solutions. Working closely with senior engineers and data scientists, you will assist in the development of innovative AI applications and algorithms that address business challenges and enhance product functionality. This role requires a solid understanding of machine learning principles, programming proficiency, and a passion for staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology.

Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of industry experience
• Core Competencies in AI and Data Science
• Knowledge about LLMs, RAGs, NLP, Computer Vision, numpy, SciPy, Pandas and SKlearn, etc.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C++,
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries
• Basic understanding of data science concepts, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling.
• Knowledge of software development principles, methodologies, and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Prior experience or coursework in artificial intelligence or machine learning is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Key Resposibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business objectives for AI projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms.
• Contribute to data preparation, feature engineering, and model training processes.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of appropriate tools and technologies for AI development.
• Work on integrating AI solutions into existing software applications and systems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize and enhance the performance of AI models.
• Stay informed about advancements in AI and machine learning, and actively contribute to the team's knowledge base.
• Troubleshoot and debug AI applications, addressing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document code, algorithms, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

• Adhere to best practices in software development, coding standards, and version control.
